At Nuvano, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, parts, and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
If approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
Self-Assembly Products
Our shelving units are sold as self-assembly products. Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect functionality are not considered defects.
Returns cannot be accepted for:
- Incorrect assembly
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, overloading, improper assembly, or modifications made after delivery
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used products
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse
- Items returned without original packaging
- Clearance or promotional sale items (unless defective)
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or defective.
