Can I buy the products individually?
Yes! You can shop our products individually or choose a bundle if you'd like several complementary products together.
Do the beauty tools come with instructions?
Yes. Each beauty tool comes with its own instructions. We recommend reading them before using your device for the first time.
Where does Nuvano deliver?
We currently deliver across South Africa.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is calculated at checkout for orders under R1,000. Orders of R1,000 or more qualify for free delivery.
Can I return my order?
Yes, eligible change-of-mind returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused and returned in their original condition. Please see our Returns Policy for the full details.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos or videos of the issue. We'll review it and help you with the next steps.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through our secure checkout, and Nuvano does not store your card details.
